XXI Annual Conference - Papers

Personal Flourishing in Organizations

Rome, February 24-25, 2014

Call for Abstracts and Workshops

In addition to the classic formula for presentations (25 minutes each: about 15 minutes for the presentation itself and 10 minutes for discussion), workshops may also be proposed to groups, with brief talks and an immediate discussion of ideas. We will admit arguments that seek to find connections between the other participants and small groups already engaged in a specific topic. Presentations of professional activities and educational experiences are also welcome. Workshop proposals should be sent via e-mail by November 30, 2013.

Texts’ Submission

Authors are invited to submit an abstract (maximum of 1500 characters). Abstracts with 5 keywords must be uploaded to the Conference website by November 30, 2013. Papers must be submitted by March 14, 2014 and be no longer than 50,000 characters (notes and spaces included) to be evaluated for publication. Please follow the guidelines for submissions on the Conference website.

Additional Information

The submission must be made exclusively through the user account. Please do not e-mail your contributions to the organizers.

The Conference office will respond to the proposals on Dicember 10, 2013. Presentations may be delivered in Italian, English or Spanish.

The need of audio/visual support should be communicated to the secretariat. We suggest each communicator to come with his own device to connect to provided projector.
