Alessandro Rivali was born in Genova in 1977. He is an editor at Edizioni Ares in Milan. He has published works in the following anthologies: “Quattro poeti” (Ares, Milano 2003), “Lavori di scavo. Antologia dei poeti nati negli anni ’70” (web anthology of Railibro,2004), “La stella polare- poeti italiani dei  tempi”ultimi”” (Città Nuova, Roma 2008), “Il miele del silenzio” ( interlinea, Novara 2009). His books of poetry include “La Riviera del Sangue” (Mimesis, Milano 2005) and “La caduta di Bisanzio (Jaca Book 2010). He lives in Milan.
