This year, with the collaboration of Research Center of Market, Culture & Ethics, aims to “to reflect on the relationship between a necessary institutional framework, business ethics, and personal development – a development which is a responsibility or personal commitment concerning the needs in different areas of socialization”.

To this proposition: “will be the possibility to assess the progress of psychology in explaining human necessities in the context of the evolution of organizations. One may also observe how along its way, psychology encounters the perennial questions regarding happiness and a successful life.

Another protagonist of the conference, the organizers explain, “will be narrative philosophy, that is, a plan of thought which allows one to adopt great ideas about personal perfection. The reflections on coaching will put anthropological questions on the table which have not been totally explored in philosophy – from respect for the freedom of others to the great challenges of a developing subject (understanding of self, of what one truly desires, and the way in which this can be achieved)".
