Day of study on the motu proprio of Benedict XVI “Intima Ecclesiae Natura”
Friday 13 December (9:00 am, Aula Benedetto XVI), in collaboration with the Pontifical Council Cor Unum, there was a reflection on “The service of Charity: Co-responsibility and Organization”, deepening the motu proprio of Benedict XVI Intima Ecclesiae Natura. The two sessions on the day of study was presided by Cardinals Robert Sarah (Cor Unum) and Francesco Coccopalmerio (Testi Legislativi).
Intervening in the morning sessions was Prof. Philip Goyret, on The service of charity in the Church; Prof. Helmuth Pree, on Juridical setting of the service of charity; Prof. Luis Navarro, on The law of the faithful and the 'organized' service of charities and Prof. Agostino Montan, on The consecrated life and service of charity.
Scheduled in the afternoon was speeches by Prof. Giacomo Incitti, on The responsibility of diocesan Bishops in the service of charity; Prof. Giuseppe Dalla Torre, on Pastoral service of charity; the bodies of charity; Prof. Costantino Matteo Fabris, on International charity and hierarchical authority and Prof. Jesus Miñambres, on The juridical framework of the Pontifical Council Cor Unum.
