The President of the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization, Archbishop Msgr. Salvatore Fisichella, will deliver the concluding speech for the Specialization Course in Religious Information. It will take place on Friday, May 31 and be called "2005-2012: An Analysis of Benedict XVI's Pontificate." The Specialization Course is in its fifth consecutive year, and is promoted by the School of Institutional Communications, in collaboration with the ISCOM Association.
The Course's initial program, which began on March 1, underwent a few changes in order to thematically adapt to the extraordinary situation created by Benedict XVI's resignation and the period of the Holy See's Vacancy.
Among the themes that were treated by this course were the reorganization of the Curia, euthanasia, the Church's management of economic resources, and the status questions concerning pedophilia.
