The Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI Vatican Foundation, along with the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, organises the annual Congress in Rome from 24th to 26th November 2016.

Eschatology was chosen as the main topic because it is one of the preferred themes of the theological research made by Joseph Ratzinger. In fact the volume on Eschatology is the only manual he published.

In addition to the contemplation of eschatology in the faith of the Church, two workshops will be held: one on the current themes of eschatology and the other on apocalyptic themes in Judaism.
