Activities

The School of Communication organizes annual conventions with professors and university teachers from all over the world. These represent important moments for academic growth, covering various subjects and methodologies.

On even-numbered years, the School offers a Professional Workshop to promote better Church communication among the directors of diocesan communication offices and Episcopal Conferences and to promote values linked to the faith for pastoral workers and journalists concerned with religious information.
The Workshop began in 1997 and hundreds of professionals from all over the world have participated.

On odd-numbered years, the School holds the International Conference Poetics and Christianity for academics and artists in various fields and work contexts.

The School also organizes specialization courses in religious information and the biennial course Church Up Close, for journalists from all over the world who cover the Catholic Church (http://www.church-communication.net/).
