Department of Languages - Summer courses - Methodological seminar for professors - Classes and Programs
Requirements: passable competence of the target language.
Classes:
The seminar includes 28 hours of lessons (12 of theoretical lessons and 16 of pratical exercises).
The registered students have to attend as auditors the language course in the morning (at least 70%).
- Theoretical sessions:
A session is a 90 minutes class on a specific technique that includes theory and examples. The sessions will cover the following topics:
1. TPR (Total phisical response)
2. Work in Pairs
3. Assimilation of Paradigms
4. Games in Class
5. Storytelling
6. Story Building
- Assesments (Latin or Greek, selected by the student):
An assessment includes a 10/15 minutes class from a student in front of 1 or 2 teachers using the technique. This time also includes a 2/5 minutes reply from the Examiner for comments.
