Communicating Mercy in Mexico and Ecuador
Prof. Sergio Tapia will travel to Mexico and Ecuador to give courses for priests from different dioceses of those Latin American countries.
Prof. Tapia's first stop in the Americas will be at Cuahutitlán, where he will be an invited speaker at the International Course of Actualization in Theology (CIAT 2016), sponsored by the Mexican Episcopal Conference. The Conference will be held between June 26th and July 1st in Casa Eclesial de México, in Lake Guadalupe (Cuahutitlán). The chosen topic will be Communicating Mercy. Then he will travel to Ecuador, to give a course with the same title at the VII Theological Pastoral Week, organized by the Theological Pastoral Institute of Ecuador, between July 4th and 8th. The sessions will be imparted at the Retreat House Getsemaní, in Quito. More info.
In late August, Professor Tapia will return to Mexico, this time to Monterrey, to participate in the Week of Ongoing Formation for the Clergy organized by the Archdiocese. The title of the course, which will be taught from the 22th to 26th of July, is Communicating Mercy. Communication in the Priestly Mission.
The final stage of his visit to Mexico will be in Parral (Chihuaua), where, from August 29th to September 2nd, he will impart an Ars praedicandi course in the context of the Week of Ongoing Formation for the Clergy, organized by the diocese.
We hope that the courses help participants to be better communicators of the Father's mercy in the Jubilee Year called by Pope Francis.
