Fees for the Academic Year 2011-2012

The registration fee includes:

  • enrollment (if a first year student)
  • renewal of registration
  • teaching guide for studies
  • registration for meetings
  • the corrections for written exercises (homework)
  • exam fees
  • registration for research seminars

Ordinary students CSR 3-Year: 410 Euro (each semester)
Ordinary Students CSR 2-Year: 450 Euro (each semester)
Students, AFE Course: 410 Euro (annual)
Repeating students and Fuori Corso:  230 Euro (annual)
Students from other Institutes, pre-registration: 100 Euro
Students from other Institutes, registration: 300 Euro

Fees do not include living expenses during the annual meetings or class texts.

The deadlines to submit registration applications and to pay registration fees are as follows:

  • October 31, 2011: Students from other institutes
  • November 30, 2011: CSR Students (1° semester)
  • December 31, 2011: AFE Students
  • May 15, 2012: CSR Students (2° semester)

Refunds are not given for any reason, while late payments entail a fine.

 

Fees Related to Thesis Discussion

There is a fee established for discussing both the Diploma and License Theses in Advanced Religious Studies which includes the honorarium for thesis examiners as well as any Registrar expenses. The fee is 440 Euro.

The fee for obtaining the Baccaulareate/License in Religious Studies is 300 Euro (this includes the honorarium for members of the examining commission, as well as Registrar expenses).

To obtain the original diploma, there is a fee charged for administrative expenses.

 

Administrative Expenses:

  • Late fee, every week up to 4 weeks: 10 Euro
  • Late fee, after 4 weeks: 50 Euro
  • Original Diploma (all courses): 90 Euro
  • Diploma for systematic theological formation: 40 Euro
  • Certificate of basic theological formation: 20 Euro
  • Registration Certificate (3,00 Euro for a second copy): 10 Euro
  • Special Certificate/Diploma Replacement (6,00 Euro for a second copy): 50 Euro
  • Urgency Fee (within 5 days of arrival in Registrar): 10 Euro
  • Validating exams after admission: 50 Euro
  • Duplicate of academic book: 75 Euro
  • Duplicate of academic card: 10 Euro
  • Repeated homework correction: 30 Euro
  • Exam reserved, not taken: 25 Euro
  • Forwarding a document via fax (per page): 5 Euro

Please note that the services indicated above must be requested in writing and accompanied by a receipt indicating payment of the corresponding fee.
