Liturgical feast of Blessed Álvaro del Portillo, University’s first Chancellor
Tuesday, May 12, 2015, in honor of the liturgical feast of Bl. Álvaro del Portillo, our first Chancellor, a Mass was celebrated in the Basilica of Sant’Apollinare. Music during the liturgy was performed in part by the University’s choir, directed by Rev. Prof. Ramón Saiz Pardo.
Honoring the same occasion, the current Chancellor of the University, Mons. Javier Echevarría presided over the Holy Mass in the Basilica Sant’Eugenio in Rome.
